I agree with your analysis. Looking at the EJ chart. 2 things i don't like are that it's counter trend and just like you said price didn't really jump out the area. These charts are good examples what too look for and what not too look for.

Sorry, i deleted the 1st line before i posted. It was an SD/SR flip trade and the low of that area was at 57. My rules allow me to get in at these lows only when they're not to far from the line chart low. Too far being more than 3.5 pips
