If this the answer, then Peter has to change the rules. Everyone gets different spread (much bigger than yours). This is why spread has to be calculated as added value to High/Low and not to be included in this 4/3 pips. Imagine eur-jpy or aud-usd - ...

Bad answer. Spread is not 1 pip. If the difference is because of the spread, Short trades should be less than 3 pips below signal bar low.
