Currently using H4 since i predicted that there might be some outburst on USD in coming days, enter trade with S/R or simple Hi/Lo depend on situation ... i trade other TF too but mostly H4 for mid-term.

At that day strong resistance in commodity market was broken to the Upside, but yesterday this strong resistance which became support was broken again ... to the Downside. Look like USD is on steroids now.
