My research tells that banks (local and foreign) are not bound by these new regulations. These are banks and NOT brokers. The banks that are accepting US residents are: Citi Fx Pro - 1:50 (Min deposit $10000) Saxobank - 1:200 (min deposit $10000) ...

Dual passport is not an option as highlighted by GOM's above post. This law is applicable to all those residing in the US, citizens or not. What is ECP, can you pls help clarify where we can find more information on this?

Looks like you are misinformed. GoMarkets customer Rep via chat just told me that this applies to any US resident who is paying taxes in the US, not just US citizens.

Dear Sir, thanks for your update. Can you please clarify if this MOU only impacts US citizens or does it also impact Green card and work permit visa holders residing in the US and are tax payers in the US? Thanks for clarifying this.

Saxo bank — Saxobank offers 200:1 on select currency pairs and seems to be taking US residents according to their website. Being a bank makes all the difference it looks like. Brokers can't take US residents but banks are exempt from this rule ...

Foreign and local banks are allowed to take US clients and they also offer higher leverage in some cases. Does someone know the retail forex trading website for the following, Goldman Sachs, ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley, Saxobank, etc. Thanks much.

DBFX accepts US clients. I figured out the big banks or SEC delares accept US clients and they are not governed by CFTC. Even citi fxpro is not governed by CFTC but they have a leverage of 50:1 for a long time voluntarily. DBFX still has 100:1. What ...

Also, if we consider an IB that has formed before the day open at 1:00 ET, which I believe you are doing, then won't our stop be at a higher point as price might have already moved quite a bit away from the IB hi/lo before we get our entry on day ...
