It's simple risk:reward... eg. 1:4 or 5%:20% In a 100k account, i'll make 20k, but only lose 5k. So if for every 3 losers, i win 1, i'm still profitable by 5k. Lets improve performance: if for every 3 winners i lose 3, i still am profitable by 45k. ...
