Took a short position. 1. 4Hr and Daily are still in a downtrend. 2. Price bounced back from a previous high. 3. Price goes back inside the long-term channel.

They are buying the lows, but it's basically countertrend trading - lower probability and lower gains. I do it sometimes but on a smaller size, especially when my go-to set-ups are hard to come by.
