Confusing with this bar. It is upthrust (weakness) or just down bar with HVolume (strength)? Here I look only for long setups. In my opinion this market wants to go higher, but not right now.

As I also herd from HG, a real or valid effort must be WRB. So from this we can see that this bar is not wider than 4 bars back bar. The range of bar 1 is 26 pips and the range of bar 2 is 21 pips.

As I remember, Tom said that we can see low vol bars after price left accumulationdistribution phase. In my case bar was an inside bar and we can't tell that distribution phase completed.
