Feels like Spain will take a while to negotiate the bailout conditions, even if their rating is a step away from junk. The key is whether the 10yrs stay below 6%. If they do for a while, no urgency for bailout.

Given the bearish sentiment in the past two days, there might be still more short squeezing before the week ends. People tend to reconsider when they see juggernauts on a rampage to the top. I'm not touching this until we retest 1.3170.
