i was trying to say i saw the simple setup according to the rules(w/ a little personal bending
) and i took the trade as it was. your comments outside of the rules(WTB etc.) came to me 'after the fact' when you pointed out. so if you were trading ...Jankone M5 thread

i was just trying to fill in some blanks for totemg2000 since he/she sounded a little lost of the actual implementation of the trades. your post is good

some of the starting history of this thread is from the J16 thread, i guess if ppl didn't spend sometime over there first, they could feel somewhat disoriented. sounds like what you look for, besides the setups you'll learn from here, is how to ...

looking at the setup after the trade shows other technical indications as you pointed out. however at real time it was a judgement call i had to made, 'saw the setup, then took it' as i said in a post before. as long as we understand each other then ...

supreme, i see your point, i guess i wasn't making myself clear the first time. you're correct price made lower low, and rsi made lower low too. i was trying to say and refer to my posts in J16 for one point: even though rsi made a technical lower ...

the system here is what we do here. accurate or not, it's still 20%, 80% is the trader. this is what i don't understand, you loss 3 out of 25, that's winning 88%. why are you looking for anything else?

you should be happy with that, i know ...Jankone M5 thread

welcome to the thread. it's not a definite how much time you have to spend each day using this system, or any system for that matter. ppl need to know what they want to get out of it, and what they are willing to put into it. then fit it into their ...

i don't move a lot on the 5min. my initial stop is top/bottom of pins, move to BE when it makes sense(could be some good positive pips or sup/res etc), then take profit. just how i do it so far.

pin on whole number too. looks like pin would pierce BB(?) if you had it on the chart, even better when it does.Jankone M5 thread

tom, i don't wait for break on 5min. i saw the big bear bars you refer to. but the pin wasn't very small compare to others i have seen, i also like how the pin went thru the BB and the rsi in the bottom and decided to take it. there's not much time ...

you're right supreme, the div is not by definition to the letter. this was something i struggled with before. you can see my question and mike's answer on the J16 thread here in short, price made clear lower low, and rsi made equal(or close) ...

tom et al can i make a little suggestion to post the full chart? i know you did it so ppl could see the price action better, but it doesn't really show the whole setup most of the time(and loss its purpose here). ppl could always click to amplify ...

two in a row is not too bad. when you can put a smiley face next to 'two in a row' say 'it's just a numbers game', your psychology advanced to a higher level. i want to go there myself

2 trades for me today, net BE or -1. looks like you're not using 1 click buy/sell in oanda, i found it useful for 5min. if interested, here's how to setup: -tools > view > quote list/panel -then you can size it to show 1 or more pairs, or the ...

may i ask how long have you used this system? be careful not to let a few lossing trades change your trade plan or confidence to the system. you need to learn it well and do it long enough to find out if it works for you or not. i'm not againt ...

i'm assuming you talking abt selling blindly when you see a ct/div setup. if yes, maybe consider not COMPLETELY 'blindly on the close of bar'. how about at least wait for a tail, or a bear bar if selling(bull bar if buying), just some indication of ...
