That is the key. When you run backtests to do not choose days of week to run it. The same should be done during forward test. We should trust the system we trade, otherwise it does not even worth to try.

geoff, Can you do the same test but with default GMT parameters. i.e GMToffset=0, Start time 1. It seems results differs alot because of time changes.
