BTW , no one says it HAS to go to 1.064, next major level of support is at the 1.038 level.

Just support and resistance lines. the 1.064 was previous support, now resistance. Also the 20 -EMA is there at that level on the daily chart. If we see rejection at that area, we can look for shorts.
