      for example now I am expecting bigger move on GU.... dont know if I am interpreting this right (TEB63 is better in that than me) but h1 looks to me as Transfer bar and we are sitting on my zone S/R so m5 entry on NS and holding

      yes BG is very important but for TP I am using mostly my zones from m30 h1 h2 h4 charts.... and about that fast trades, well signal was on m5, cant expect 100+ pips on trade like that, coz m30 h1 was neutral during that

      well futures was not....it was 30+ pips trade, not much but better than nothing and about that EU look futures, I think it is more clear on my picture than on your with that "sticks" + same color volume... 1 think is interesting, that your "top"m15 ...
