Maybe this is from TFF but try download the official cTrader app for desktop not the one from TFF the ctrader apps from brokers always one version late Download the official ctrader in ctrader website and try login with ctrader id and password

Oh so its different in TFF, but i have ctrader icmarkets and if i create another account with other broker with same email i can manage all in the same email or ctrader id, but maybe with TFF they give you different ctrader ids for each account

yeah if u already have a ctrader account in the same email of TFF dont need to set up account, a TFF ctrader account will be add in your ctrader

did you set your ctrader password? if you havent an ctrader account in the email you will be asked to set a password in a link ctrader sent then you just login with your email and password and you have acess to all ctrader accounts of all brokers
