Use the metatrader mini terminal, its much better, if the dont like it try ctrader. The mini terminal was crap anyway. Metatrader stuff is much better and faster (less latency)

You dont need any support to open a new account on server 4, just open a new live account from inside your client area and move the money into it from your other account. No humans needed to hold your hand here !

I would suggest shutting down a few of the ICM accounts you have opened on your PC, I trade with 5 brokers and run 3 PCs, i dont have any problens at all with IC Markets. Or just use a VPS.

I dont have any disconnection issues at all. It makes no sense for any broker to have disconnects every hour, you should check your EAs. Good luck finding a solution seems like your a lone soldier here.

Pepperstone server one crashes all the time even when there is no volatility, just take a look at their thread in donna forex. This is the main reason I left them. I now use Globalprime and ICmarkets, both have been very stable since i joined.

Axitader are market makers, try a real ECN broker. There are many good ones in Australia and the UK
