Those live streams are awesome because we can step into your mind for a trading session. I also think seeing your trades are extremely helpfull. Even if its just a chart with your trades i was there in the market at that time and i can put together ...

That Definitely helps and stops your mind from tricking you, which happens alot when trading. It helps so much to try to be as objective as possible. At least thats been my experience
