u can sell from 1.3030/20/10 with sl 1.3040..after 1.3034 become bulish and range will rise from 1.2955...1.3030...to 1.3000..1.3100..and up..

usd news are not so bad... if u take a good look are not as they expected.. but alittle better then it was.. and ,,ECB rate cut stil in the air.. so the range will be 12900----1.3030..lower then 12900 bulls are dead..so bear is in charge..
