They have to keep prices close or they would be arbitraged. But it doesn't mean there aren't opportunities with each trader's broker.

Keep an eye on EU, it may run up soon as it just took out a huge barrier. Also, watch the GU: "Cable is still holding below 1.6250 where a barrier is being protected by China…" I believe these two pairs are keeping EJ down for the moment.
