USD/CAD, CHF/JPY and NZD/USD — Bakko, I like the charts that you post. They look like charts an experienced member of this thread would post. I agree that there are no obvious A+ setups this weekend. On the USD/CAD weekly chart you posted the ...

Gold BUOB Rookie Analysis — I am posting a weekly chart for Gold. I do not plan on trading this setup, but wanted to see what others thought about it. To me it looks like a high probability trade (possibly A+): BUOB at a swing low, through the ...

BE + 1 — I believe you are correct, forexngo. BE is when you move your stop loss to break even, which results in a risk-free trade. BE+1 is when your stop loss is moved 1 pip above/below break even, which results in a risk-free trade with at ...

USD/CAD and USD/CHF Rookie Analysis — I was looking at my IBFX feed and found a couple of interesting setups. The USD/CAD that has been the recent buzz of this thread has formed a 2-day pinbar. It had a bounce of of the 1.25 PPZ and has fib ...

EUR/USD Rookie Analysis — There is a BUOB on my daily chart for EUR/USD. It's at a swing low and its high is above the nice round number/PPZ of 1.3. Also, it is at a 61.8 fib. The main problem with this setup is that there seems to be a large ...

How much J16 is enough — Alter, That's a difficult question to answer. It probably varies from person to person. Some people understand these methods faster than others. Look at jdeuster, for example. He is relatively new to the thread and has ...

Yen Pairs — Hi, Adam. Most people here will only take the most appealing setup among JPY pairs. The reason for this is that the JPY pairs are very strongly correlated. When one yen pair goes up/down, the others often move in the same ...

It seems obvious now, but I never thought about considering the trading style that someone has when considering their opinion about a particular setup. I guess the reason for this is that I have not yet developed my own style. I know that it's ...

Thanks for the advice, Chris. Part of the reason I felt good about staying out of the USD/CAD trade is that I was able to set aside the opinions of others when the final decision was made. I have to admit, though, that there have been many times ...

AUD/NZD — Hi, Rubin. I am just a rookie, but I think that AUD/NZD may run into some strong resistance just above 1.24. I see it as a strong PPZ on my daily chart and it even seems to be a PPZ on my monthly chart. Also, there is a gigantic BEOB ...

USD/CHF Rookie Analysis — On my feed there is a BUOB on the USD/CHF daily chart and a possible BUOB on the weekly chart (depending upon the close of the current week). Pros: There appears to be a lot of space between PPZs near 1.19 and 1.22. ...

USD/SEK — I think that this pair has been consolidating for about a week. Because of the consolidation, there seems to be too much traffic just below the pinbar. This rookie will sit out and wait for something that looks more like an A trade.
