Oh it's a TMA M1/M5 setup then an entry if Tenkan crosses the Kijun. Trade must be at the direction of the M15 trend. Then, TP and SL is determined by the ATR, if it's far from any support/resistance I add on to the winning trade.

Yes a repaint, wait till the 1 minute candle closes and give the tma a little distance above/below the cloud. Also, its important to look at the big picture of the 1 hour chart.
