I didn't like the way it was going because Basket_Stats_Time figures time in local computer time so I switched back to local computer time. Changes have been uploaded to the site.

Time is in server time. Apparently the time limits were never working. I just fixed them on 1.005 and 1.007 and they are now uploaded on the SnowRoller download page. And now it appears that I'm getting trades so I'll keep an eye on it.
