hey — i execute real orders with an ECN. If you trade on a 1 min u want absolute minimal spread. On mine it is 0.5-1 pip during peak trading times. Otherwise if your pread is higher stick to the 5min and up.

time conversion — For me it is 8am EST to 12. For your time zone you have to convert or just use forexfactory it shows when both markets are open.
