If you took a person who scored 100 in an IQ test today, and measured them using the same test and applying the same normalisation they used nearly 75 years ago, that same person would score 120-130. African, Asian, European whatever... the ...

Why do you think I would know the answer to any of the specific questions you asked? Do you have those answers? I can guarantee that if you read that chapter I just posted you wouldn't be asking those questions assuming that there is an easy answer.

I'm not refuting people do, on the face of it, dumb things. I'm not saying intelligence has no inherited component. I am saying results of an IQ test is multifactoral. I am saying that the ability to demonstate intelligence requires basic literacy.

Reading does require some kind of innate intelligence. No offence Magogg, but you need to go back and read my posts. You haven't understood what I was saying, and you are making inferences I never made. I'm simply not responding to an argument I ...

I never said they were language specific. I said you need to have some basic literacy skills to demonstrate intellect in an IQ test. Where are literacy skills lowest? Very often on the same places were IQ is lowest.

Reading is not a sign of intelligence? Please explain that one for me... I think you don't understand my point, I said that to first score well on IQ tests it helps if you can read and understand it.

Innate intellectual ability is inherited and differs individually between people. That's not the same as scoring well on an IQ test. The innate genetic ability to read is inherited but actually being able to read requires that the skill of reading ...

Pretty hard to have a high IQ score when you haven't been taught to read properly. The IQ map correlates very strongly with education / literacy for obvious reasons.

I have no frigging clue what you are talking about. Capitalism is unrelated to many of the things you are bringing up, capitalism is a economic system of voluntary exchange between individuals. That's all it is. Capitalism is not in and off itself ...
