Yes, what are shown in my chart are 5EMA (shift2 typical price), 50 EMA and 200 EMA. You don't need them anyway...

I use both Pepperstone and Dukascopy. Pepperstone for MT4 charting and Dukascopy for serious trading...

I don't use that service but it has decent reputation. It charges additional one dollar per one lot by the way.

You may find more/better feedback from broker review threads. IMHO, Dukascopy (non-MT4) and Pepperstone (MT4) are both good for gold trading with reasonable spread.
