Your question was how to run 2 MT platforms, not how to run 2 instances of the same platform. There is a difference. My prior post was to answer your question (meaning 2 different account numbers from the same broker or 2 different brokers).

That will not give you a true account of trades. You need an EA doing that and only log what trades actually come in per tick.
