Pretty smart move, Cameron is finished, next PM will need to reach compromise in coming negotiations with the EU. Probably in favour of the EU. Then Johnson might come in as a saviour of independence and fight against fraudulent agreement.

You do not get it. UK will be pushed now as much as they want. Not really. Why should they point at him? Like euro skeptic governments are not the one to blame for Brexit? It was a close call, more support for EU and Bremain from other EU countries ...
