That's a pretty definitive statement. I think it would be more appropriate to say that your limits have never been missed. I would tend to refute that statement based on my own personal experience.

The audio on TTN is faster than their text news. But, Bloomberg is the fastest. I think TTN gets the bloomberg and reuters news, reads it, then retypes it and sends it on. So, in order of speed Bloomberg/Reuters Text -> TTN Audio -> TTN text.
