If this was the first bar of all time, there was no preceding bar and the markets were only open this week and no bar would follow, how would you trade it?

"The banks use the 200, 100 and 50 MA, these are important MAs and price reacts to them" This is the first weekly bar of all time. There were no MAs because 200 weeks had not yet passed. So the banks didn't trade.
