Ok so now japan will be downgrade next rating level cause they intervention the market on Aug 4? How is this even make sense? I think the rating agency is getting out of hand. Why don't they downgrade them self for the sub prime mortgage they cause ...

I still don't get it y they intervene. Their euro value hasn't drop much compare to a year ago or even 2 years ago. Isin't it illegal for country to intervention just to raise their currency higher when is it already at it high?
