I personally would only use a CFTC and NFA dealer/marketmaker as I live in the USA...but I do not want to clog this thread up with offtopic posts... But I am sure that there are some European traders and those that prefer Swiss Dealers or UK ...

Not for me...I have 7 longs on now and it continues to add them as the trade goes against me...until it reaches the hedge zone and then it puts on double the aggregate Longs with Shorts thus giving weight to the Short... So the EA can change ...
