LOL did you just blame the market for a requote? If you buy "at market" you are getting the best price the market can give you. Its the same in any market. A requote is created by a broker because they aren't willing to take the counter-party risk ...

I dare say there is alot of liquidity missing on the yen sell side at the moment. So illiquid markets may cause liquidity providers to shut up shop temporarily, thus effecting retail brokers. I haven't heard of any legitimate broker doing anything ...

financial data is easily manipulated.. Such as certain US brokers claiming client funds as liquid capital to surpass the capital requirements. Just because there are numbers on a page, doesnt make them legitimate.
