Yeah there is umpteen different formulas for doing the same thing. I guess mine closely matches the russian one coincidentally.

The stochs on a 2 hour, I have halved the 1 hour stochs. So if I was using 90,42,3 say, it would be 45, 21,2 for H2. Is this the process you use for scaling stochs?
