You're meant the MA of RSI and the RSI right? The regular MA will be on the the chart window and is based off of prices.

The "Cross Line" is an indicator, not an expert advisor, so it goes in the Indicators folder The EA version I made earlier goes in the Experts folder

My initial thoughts for getting the last day of the month for the previous month: You could get the time/date of the current month, then go back one trading day Would just need to use iTime and iBarShift
