Prob with trading at this time of the day is that price drifts slowly and I much prefer a volatile push down or up

Agreed NWG - Still bearish but could see some retracement today. I will look for selling opps around the 11220 price fisrt and if that breaks 11350 level

11075 looks like a good place to long - though I would prefer it to go down to 11010 level to start looking for longs
