Vitore replied Nov 19, 2022Actually no, their commission on indices is 0.01% of the $ volume which is about $3.4/lot on Dow, $1.2/lot on Ndq and $0.4/lot on Sp (where lot size = 1 unit for all indices)

Vitore replied Nov 14, 2022FTMO has wider spreads on indices than MFF, TFF charges commission but relatively small so they come very close to FTMO in total costs

Vitore replied Nov 13, 2022I have live accounts with both IC Markets and Pepperstone. Pepperstone has much wider spreads on all US indices compared to IC Markets. IC Markets is the best I've ever seen for US indices. Only MFF gets close to that level (Btw. I wrote my own bot ...

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022I never traded us30 with them, only us500 (up to 125 lots) and us100 (up to 50 lots). Both without any extraordinary slippage. On the other hand, I don't watch the execution as my trades are copied from another account. The profit was always lower ...

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022Maybe they measure the net time only. Starting from the first order until the closure of the last one. Each phase separately On the other hand, E8 issues the account within seconds so you loose about 1 minute at most even if the waiting time between ...

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022Correct. I never really understood why they promote the fastest phase completion or the highest payout. They contradict themselves.

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022Well, you wouldn't believe what kind of explanations you could hear in my country
So if I'm a casino player and periodically beat them in poker (not impossible, until they kick me out) and generate a regular income of that, does it mean ...Prop Firm Hub

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022Our countries are probably very different in understanding this activity. Our tax offices have no idea how to classify prop trading whatsoever. They barely learnt about the cfd trading with brokers. At least in my country. They don't have a clue. As ...

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022True. But it seems the personal situation is very different to what I had assumed so trading prop firms' money actually does make a lot of sense now

Vitore replied Nov 8, 2022Then I don't quite understand why you want to trade with prop firms. Trade your own capital and don't waste time with all the rules

Vitore replied Nov 4, 2022What is it that you dislike about ctrader? I cannot find a feature where MT would be better but of course that's just me so no flame, I only wonder

Vitore replied Nov 4, 2022MT (either 4 or 5) is an awful piece of sw. But brokers and prop firm love it because it's cheap, they own the server and it allows them to manipulate the price feed as they wish. I trade with cTrader and copy all trades

Vitore replied Nov 4, 2022I use Duplikium (trade-copier.com). Not 100% reliable though but better than having to manage my own VPS and some local tool. Duplikium is pretty simple to set up and manage but you need a prepaid plan

Vitore replied Nov 2, 2022Yes, it's on all programs. They advertise ELEV8 as ideal for scaling but it actually offers less scaling benefits than E8. Its only advantage is you can reach 90:10 profit split eventually
