Look in the trading books; there is one word to describe this situation and it's called 'DISTRIBUTION' What that means is that after a big bull run, the experts talk up whatever trading instrument it is, more often stocks. The crowd believes the ...

Over 200 pips range today too wide for me. I decided no trade today for this system. Good luck to those who are in as sell entry has been triggered.

It's been a real wild ride for GBP/JPY as it's now retraced all the way back to the top of the blue line. Some 200 pips retrace. Talk about a big rebound.

The GBP/JPY nearly 200 pips range for the last 8 hours and it looks a bit too wide to me for Nicotina's system. I don't use saeed's EA yet but does it account for that range before it places a trade?

Like I said it's up to the individual. I use a 60 pips stop loss.

I suppose it's a discretionary thing as to what you do. For me it makes sense. I think that Nicotina's system is great as it is but as a trader we all make these decisions individually.

My buy order was not executed either because I do not place it at the bid. I have the top of the 8 hour at being 216.47 so I place my buy at 216.55 after accounting for the spread. You need to take into account the spread for the buy side plus 1 pip ...

Non Farm payroll announcement day is not a day that you should use this system. It is a day where there are just whipsaws before the big announcement comes out. The upper trigger on the chart for buy was hit twice and the lower trigger for sell was ...

About time they introduced some common sense. That was the main reason why I didnt open an account with ODL. I had no time for this silly requirement. I also received the email regarding their policy change and will soon open an account with them to ...

This would have to be the simplest method I have come across and very effective too. Since we are looking for 100 pips profit, I feel that this system is better on pairs with wide daily trading range like sterling/yen and euro/yen. Thanks Nicotina ...

Words of wisdom, Burgerking. I myself acted on this a long time ago. I now have an account funded with only a well capitalized large forex broker. Goodbye bucketshops.

Where is FXLQ going to find the money to cover "an adjusted net capital deficit of $11.6 million" ? Looks like it's been operating not only under capitalized but also it kept operating while it didn't have enough money to cover its debts; a serious ...

And so have a lot of us who previously used to trade with IBFX. Scalping never used to be an issue with them though as long as you did not trade big lots scalping all day long.

You know what, it looks like you are right. Most of the brokers that have either gone bust or been scammers have been NFA registered brokers. But the finger gets pointed the other way, towards non-NFA registered brokers.

I suggest everyone reads the PDF document of the NFA case against FXLQ which is on the NFA website further down there is a link after the case summary. It is all mind boggling to me that FXLQ could behave in such a manner. Deception is the right ...

When IBFX used to have a lot of happy customers the forum was working fine. But when IBFX changed I could see a lot of unhappy posts on the IBFX forum and I suppose that became a liability.

My guess is that IBFX are finding themselves a little bit under pressure lately. It would be very surprising if the banks mentioned above were their liquidity providers. Can you see these banks dealing with micro/mini accounts?

Given that InterbankFX started using bucket shop tactics since the start of this year, this is hardly surprising since their primary liquidity provider is FXLQ. As Moe points out this was mentioned several times on IBFX forum by their own reps. ...

I strongly disagree with this statement, Moe. Those who scalp successfully dont usually make themselves known for obvious reasons. But there is a pro trader from forexbastards/Kingforex signals fame who is a successful scalper. His name is Rob ...
