This annoying Support that you're all mentioning is this one that continues to hold. H1 Support, however it should fail. H4 Support however, shouldn't.

25bps ha? That would make sense as well. They can also cut by 50bps, then sell the markets due to "fear" of recession because the Fed cut by 50bps and the Powell can polish it out later during press that everything's fine and great.
