Are you trying to avoid brokers that support MetaTrader? MetaTrader has scripting capabilities similar to C. If you can program VB or c#, you can use MetaTrader. It also has an API for using C# modules as well.

You can spend $30 a month and lease a windows VPS server where you can run MetaTrader and all of your EA's. Otherwise, I don't know of a server based solution, though, I'm sure one of the brokers has one.

Which one are you referring to? You'll see in the thread that there are server files for a number of brokers. I'm not sure which one's do not expire. I have an FXDD demo that hasn't expired yet after several months.
