The only point of a demo is getting used to the platform. You cant learn anything from a demo besides understanding the platform. You can learn more in one hour of trading your own hard earned money then you can in one year on a demo account.

Henry, Can I take the opposite side of your trades? You can deposit money into my bank account. I will set you up with a demo for however much you deposit and you can bang yourself silly. 5000 minimum deposit. As much leverage as you want.

I think any lag is too much. However, I never trade from charts as most charts are third party vendors and can very easily lag. I would suggest directly trading on the platform and you shouldn't run into such a problem.

Oanda cant do that in the US as those insturments are CFD's. They would have to use futures which I doubt they are going to get into, atleast not right now.

I would have to agree with you. All though I do not trade to many krona pairs I do like to trade about 5-10 mins after the announcement when trends start to develop.

Anything over 10M should move the spread, a lot of the times it can be less all depends on liquidity in the market and the broker.
