I think this is more of a hen and egg situation, because the same can be said about having the strategy but not the psychology to make use of it fully.

I try to avoid trading in the late hours of the night. I am not fully awake, my decision-making is affected by that, so I'd rather miss out on a trade than trade in that condition.
