Those indicators are only helpers. They are not part of the system and you dont really have to use them (same goes for NonLagMA) But click on the attachement icon of the thread and it should be there under bundle.zip (i think i named it that way)

The only setting you would want to change is the Eatime which is the TF on which the indicator is applied. If you set it on M15, Eatime should be 15. On hourly, eatime should be 60 and so on.
