I've also noticed that some good set-ups often occur an hour before the Tokio close. Yesterday, for example, there was a good setup on EU right in the middle of Tokio session (I think the time is when Pakistan and middle east starts to trade)

Just make sure you don't get confused - the dots show buy and sell signals and sometimes the go a bit early or a bit late. But the overall picture still can be seen pretty well.
