If it doesnt go above the 61 fib level, it is good. Of course, wait for bpc of internal trendline, and watch out for red/orange labeled news. 2hrs before and 1hr after. Since it is CAD related, usd rednews tends to affects CADS also.

How about a the use of the size of the average daily range as SL? Since most USD pairs are 100 pips in adr, use SL as 100 pips. Care to backtest this on a few pairs?
