maybe they have different settings, if you test different strategies/set files the results can vary a bit

The first one opened at 09:02 and the last one at 09:30 all 0GMT time. I don;t have the close trade funtion on but have redone my lock settings a bit so it did lock me out at 15, which means it had to reach at least 25
