the best time to trade depends on your strategy. I would avoid signal services and just learn to trade yourself. I would get a demo account and spend some time trading it to start with.

Thanks :-) City index do both daily rolling contracts and the futures contracts you mention. If you are paying interest on both sides, the positive should more or less cancel out the negative, but look closely at broker swaps, they can vary a lot.

thats interesting to know. I have never tried dow futures live, just demo. Do currency pairs fill the gaps more than 50% of the time? I've never looked into it, it would be interesting to know. Pete
