Dukascopy is NOT a broker, they are a bank like MIG, DB FX, Citi fx pro and Saxo bank. And all banks accept US clients. MIG Bank has a leverage of 1:500 and a min deposit of 2000 USD.

If you are a US resident, then you cannot open with them IMWO. They are like GOM, same regulations.

Can you please share the link where it says "until 2011" because you seem to know more than the banks. Even they are looking into this and don't know much about this rumor.

If you are in the US, is it true that you can no longer trade with dukas or any non-US bank after July 2011? In any case, why would anyone not go with MIG who offer 1:500, is a regulated bank and a min deposit of 2000 USD is beyond me.

You can still tade with a small capital in micro or mini. But it's going to be a much steeper climb with the lower leverage.

Low leverage is equal to no trading in my view unless you have a capital in 6 figures

MIG Bank is accepting US clients, all banks are, including Saxo bank, DB FX and Dukascopy. MIG offers 1:500 leverage

Are they regulated? If yes, they are impacted by the new law as all/most regulatory boards have a MOU with CFTC. So far, only banks are exempt, like MIG Bank, Saxo bank, dbfx, Dukascopy, etc.

Why do you say "until 6/2011"? What after that? These banks are regulated by a different authority and aren't impacted by the new law, to the best of my knowledge.
