My reading on the US Tech 100 is you have a double bottom to the left rejecting the price twice and again on the third attempt, would be inclined to take the CL Trader entry. My two bobs worth.

That DAX is a very spikey erratic looking chart showing no real consolidation.......... these are the sort of charts RP suggests to stay away from. The latter two are a nicer looking chart showing some consolidation to the left and more fuller ...
