For the moment I just don't see it going back to 1,20...We are making another higher high and dips are bought back. I guess the only way for this to reverse is a disappointing meeting of the ecb today...

But at least she is now of the opinion that a little bit bond buying is ok. It's clear that she can't say she loves unlimited bond buying because of Weidemann. What do you think? Where will all this lead?

And what if it's just because of the bon buying program? As I explained earlier I don't think that the reason for the upmove is a rumour linked to a raised floor...It is because Europe finally begins solving its problems...IMO

And dips are once again bought back. I guess we could even see a close way above 1,2020! If it makes another high it means there's still steem in it.

Me, too - I wouldn't be brave enough to do this. From the beginning it was clear it's very risky to bet against a central bank...now it becomes even riskier IMO.

See how dips are bought back. Perhaps we are finally lucky and the upmove starts...

I suppose it's because the immediate impact on eurchf could be higher when there are less problems in the eurozone. Most of you said that eurchf is overvalued because it's a safe haven. If risk is reduced there could be massive outflows if eurchf ...

It's the rumour about the new plan of the ezb. Expectations are high that it will be explained in detail tomorrow during the meeting. If the plan is good markets will calm down...I suppose this will finally lead to a less overvalued eurchf...but as ...

I think only chance for it to go back to where it was would be a disappointing meeting of the ezb tomorrow...Just my 2 cents...

I am not sure this time...if Draghi delivers tomorrow things could be different IMO.

You clearly see what can move this pair. Roumors abobut Draghis bond buying plan. That's what I told you before: I think that when measures are taken in the Eurozone, eurchf rate will become normal again...

Till then they need to live with 1,20 - a rate which is challanging (to ensure their policy is accepted) but not devastating for their economy. They will just raise the peg if things are really going worse.

I find it kind of funny that people are saying SNB is stupid. What should they do in your opinion? Just raise the floor to 1,30 because the Franc is overvalued?! They don't want to be seen as manipulators of the exchange rate (of course some of you ...

And perhaps soon there will be the moment when investors realize that eurchf is not a safe haven anymore. It's pegged and only direction I can think of is flat or up. So, eventually gold should be better for them then eurchf...just my 2 cents...

Yeah, true...me too I am absolutely not sure (as most of us)...but fundamentals seem to turn more and more in our favour!

Let's hope the best. Maybe this time it's the start of something bigger ... if Europe starts to really fight against the crisis (the last days it seems they are really getting serious now) this could help eurchf a lot I guess. Then -I hope- we will ...
