yeap,if Hawkish definitely going up but i think is Dovish,1.Dragi said recovery is still weak 2. Risk to d economy still to d downside 3. Improvement coming in late 2013 "not very soon" I am still on the side though studying the trends.

i think Dovish,this is just a rally to sell,but am still on d side nw.Dragi said risk still to the downside,recovery is still fragile,improvement to come in late 2013,when we are still in JANUARY 2013.
