On the subject of martingale ,for the EA,could it be applied to the 1st breakouts only of each new CZ ? As you would then be martingaleing a 71% probability

Agree the thread and system is all about the CZ nothing needs to be added,I was only pointing out a CZ the GBPX which will effect the gbpusd when it's it's broken

I think a balance is needed when optimising between settings that are proven to work over a long period of time and settings which reflect the current state of the market,not easy to find middle ground,an EA would help in this task. Without the EA ...
