You have to turn Money Management ON. Then, turn on My_Money_Profit_Target with some setting that you decide. Also, You can use Account Equity Protection or Account Money Protection to pick a % or $ amount to protect. I've never used these settings ...

Alas, we get off topic. White, you can see my info in my other thread that you have commented in. I won't talk about anything else but this system in this thread from now on. Tooth, I'll look into it.

I promised bob I'd stay on topic in his thread so I won't go into it too much. Im using his older settings of 50x15, instead of 35x15.

I think I'm on a different thought process than you are about this. What exactly is it that you are wanting to see? EDIT- Up from $60 to $170 over night
But still down overall due to the 100x80

Use the Settings Finder and you will see that it's not exactly the same. It is pretty close however (the old phrase 'close enough for government work' comes to mind). But it's a few dollars off here and there due to rounding.

No problem. I just re-read my post and I hope I didn't come across as rude. If you ever need help or have any questions, feel free to ask.

Completely off topic, but I just noticed that Numbers and Excel handle the ROUNDUP function differently. Also, many brokers handle the rounding differently, so your numbers may not exactly match what you see on the spreadsheets.

Good place to be. I take it you're using the Money Management? If not, then you're running an account with at least 5k

No, again, it will close a trade when it hits a Take Profit (set to 35 pips in this EA) or when it hits the Stop Loss (set to 200 pips). If any of the trades hit a Take Profit or a Stop Loss, it closes ALL trades. take a look at the spreadsheet ...

If you are referring to the 50x15, or the 35x15 (same settings except for the take profit), then the Stoploss DD is -252.8 in pips. On the EURUSD, that's almost exactly $252.80, but it varies a little depending on what pair you are on. I would ...

Before this morning, I had about 9 pairs going on a $600 account. 1 pair hit the StopLoss (the CHFJPY) and that took me down to about $300. After that, I was already waiting for a retrace on the EURJPY and the EA had plenty of time to get it, but my ...

Same here. As I reported in my thread, I got OWNED by the EURJPY. I'm down to around $70 in the account now. I'll probably keep this account going and testing it with some smaller settings and open a new one with a few grand to run the larger movers ...
100 x 80 EA oh boy
- FrostCall replied Nov 24, 2008
Just to add more from the last post: The way this EA is designed, if you are 3 trades or more deep, then there will be at least 1 trade that closes in the negative. This is why the EA is designed to multiply each trade. As you can see from the ...

The EA is designed to close ALL trades when any of the other trades close. So, if one of the trades hit's a TakeProfit, it closes ALL trades. If one of the trades hits a Stop Loss, it closes ALL trades. So, in the example below, if the 100x80 was ...

The CHFJPY hit it's stoploss while I slept, taking me down about $260. Looks like I may need to work on that one! In fact, it looks like the JPY is taking a hammering this morning. Looks like the EURJPY is about to blow my account. I should not be ...

The EA attempts to open every 10 pips in your case but there are many things that would cause it to be late. Network speeds, server speeds, how quickly the bid/ask move, etc. So, if the price is 1.000 and the EA is supposed to open a new order at ...

Yes, this code uses MA's only. You will find many vestige lines of code in this EA but do not be afraid. When running this EA both ways, it honestly doesn't matter what signal it uses to buy and sell as long as the coverage is good.
